Vacuum Bonding Furnace - Aero Space
Designed, programmed, and installed the control system for a multi-chamber bonding furnace. The system used a combination of traditional I/O wiring and I/O network design along with a DeviceNet network for various instrumentation. Special consideration was given to the system design to facilitate the disassembly and re-assembly of the equipment by maintenance. The system controls temperature, vacuum, and material handling systems through a common graphical interface.
