Lee Davis has 30 years of professional experience serving higher education. Mr. Davis has considerable expertise in providing environmental management and modeling, community outreach, brownfield redevelopment and sustainability projects for capital projects involving research laboratories, central heating plants, incinerators, and related facilities. Mr. Davis has worked on projects that required human health risk assessment, life-cycle analysis, and environmental control systems. In addition to serving as President and Chief Operating Officer for O’Brien & Gere and a member of the firm’s Board of Directors, Mr. Davis is an Associate Research Professor at the College of Engineering at Syracuse University. Mr. Davis is Chairman of the Syracuse Center of Excellence in Environmental & Energy Systems, a federation of leading companies and academic institutions that collaborates on research, technology transfer, and commercialization of environmental and energy technologies and innovations. In the past, Mr. Davis has served on the Advisory Board for the College of Engineering at Syracuse University, President of the SUNY College of Environmental Science & Forestry Foundation, the Applied Research & Extension Program at Cornell University, and a member of the Board of Crouse Hospital.

As Program Director of O’Brien & Gere’s Higher Education Group, Stuart Spiegel is well qualified to provide environmental engineering services to the higher education industry. Mr. Spiegel has applied his expertise in environmental assessments, environmental audits, property and corporate acquisitions, and environmental compliance and permitting to a wide variety of projects at some of the largest and most renowned colleges and universities in the country. Mr. Spiegel is an expert on state and regulatory issues, and has been involved in the development of regulatory strategies since their inception in the early 1970s. With 32 years of professional work experience, Mr. Spiegel has the knowledge and technical proficiency to provide higher education clients with a broad range of creative and economical services, spanning our three business units: Environmental, Total Water, and Capital & Facilities Solutions.

Mr. Neimeier has more than 18 years of professional experience with the firm and specializes in air and environmental compliance management affecting higher education and industrial clients. His project experience includes regulatory applicability determinations, regulatory compliance strategy and negotiation, USEPA and State-based compliance audits and reviews, emission inventories and permitting, source emissions testing programs, compliance training, and EPCRA reporting. Mr Neimeier is also the facilitator of O’Brien & Gere’s Higher Education Sustainability Group, a monthly teleconference that brings together representatives from several academic institutions for the transfer of information on sustainability issues that impact energy use and greenhouse gas emissions.

Mr. Traister is a registered professional engineer with more than 20 years of experience in providing compliance assistance with EPCRA, wastewater, hazardous waste and air quality regulations and developing and implementing environmental auditing and environmental management systems.

As Southeast Regional Manager, Mr. Wenclawiak serves as the Environmental Compliance leader for the Southeast Division. He is currently responsible for provides for the technical delivery of solutions for clients. He is responsible for managing projects wherein he is accountable for scope and budget, staff administration and development, and client management. He is also responsible for financial management, resource allocation, and risk management. Mr. Wenclawiak has more than 12 years of professional experience providing client–focused solutions and technical consulting services. Mr. Wenclawiak has experience projects throughout the U.S, including multi-media environmental compliance auditing and permitting, regulatory evaluations, air pollution control system design for remedial systems, ambient air and meteorological monitoring, and stationary source and indoor air quality sampling.
