Lee Davis has 30 years of professional experience serving higher education. Mr. Davis has considerable expertise in providing environmental management and modeling, community outreach, brownfield redevelopment and sustainability projects for capital projects involving research laboratories, central heating plants, incinerators, and related facilities. Mr. Davis has worked on projects that required human health risk assessment, life-cycle analysis, and environmental control systems. In addition to serving as a Senior Vice President for O’Brien & Gere and a member of the firm’s Board of Directors, Mr. Davis is an Associate Research Professor at the College of Engineering at Syracuse University. Mr. Davis is Chairman of the Syracuse Center of Excellence in Environmental & Energy Systems, a federation of leading companies and academic institutions that collaborates on research, technology transfer, and commercialization of environmental and energy technologies and innovations. In the past, Mr. Davis has served on the Advisory Board for the College of Engineering at Syracuse University, President of the SUNY College of Environmental Science & Forestry Foundation, the Applied Research & Extension Program at Cornell University, and a member of the Board of Crouse Hospital.

As Program Director of O’Brien & Gere’s Higher Education Group, Stuart Spiegel is well qualified to provide environmental engineering services to the higher education industry. Mr. Spiegel has applied his expertise in environmental assessments, environmental audits, property and corporate acquisitions, and environmental compliance and permitting to a wide variety of projects at some of the largest and most renowned colleges and universities in the country. Mr. Spiegel is an expert on state and regulatory issues, and has been involved in the development of regulatory strategies since their inception in the early 1970s. With 32 years of professional work experience, Mr. Spiegel has the knowledge and technical proficiency to provide higher education clients with a broad range of creative and economical services, spanning our three business units: Environmental, Total Water, and Capital & Facilities Solutions.

Mr. Neimeier has more than 15 years of professional experience, and specializes in air and environmental compliance management. His project experience includes managing, supervising, and performing compliance audits and reviews, inventories and permitting, environmental reporting, compliance training, regulatory strategy, and source emissions testing programs. Mr. Neimeier also develops and executes business development initiatives for the Environmental Quality Solutions and Air Quality Solutions Groups of the firm.

Matthew Traister, P.E., is the manager of the Firm’s Midwest environmental compliance practice and specializes in delivering solutions to complex environmental issues affecting institutional clients in higher education industry. Mr. Traister is a registered professional engineer with more than 20 years of experience in providing compliance assistance with EPCRA, wastewater, hazardous waste and air quality regulations and developing and implementing environmental auditing and environmental management systems.

As Southeast Regional Manager, Mr. Wenclawiak serves as the Environmental Compliance leader for the Southeast Division. He is currently responsible for provides for the technical delivery of solutions for clients. He is responsible for managing projects wherein he is accountable for scope and budget, staff administration and development, and client management. He is also responsible for financial management, resource allocation, and risk management. Mr. Wenclawiak has more than 12 years of professional experience providing client–focused solutions and technical consulting services. Mr. Wenclawiak has experience projects throughout the U.S, including multi-media environmental compliance auditing and permitting, regulatory evaluations, air pollution control system design for remedial systems, ambient air and meteorological monitoring, and stationary source and indoor air quality sampling.

Robin Chasman currently directs municipal business development for O'Brien & Gere's Southeast region, which includes state / local governments, the higher education / institutional sectors and the transportation industry. Mr. Chasman has forty years of engineering experience including twenty-five years as owner of a regional civil and environmental engineering and consulting firm. His experience has focused primarily on planning, design, and permitting of infrastructure improvements for local, state, and federal government.

			Alfred R. Diaz, PE West Regional Manager (408) 496-0801 BA/Earth Sciences; University of California
As a Managing Scientist with O’Brien & Gere, Mr. Diaz identifies environmental concerns, determines corrective measures, estimates remedial costs, and monitors implementation activities. He is responsible for managing small to medium size projects and is accountable for scope and budget, staff administration and development, and client management. Mr. Diaz prepares project authorizations, establishes project budget costs and schedules, maintains and regularly updates all CIS system reports, and periodically reviews the fiscal status and schedule of projects. He also assumes a project management role in leading multi-disciplinary project teams. He provides continuous follow-up on client relations by maintaining personal contact with clients throughout the duration of a project and following project completion.
