Project Highlights:
- O’Brien & Gere was retained by the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY) for the City University of New York (CUNY) to perform compliance audits and related assistance with respect to New York State and USEPA environmental regulations at CUNY's extensive campuses including:
- 11 senior colleges
- 6 community colleges
- 1 graduate school
- 1 law school
- Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education
- Performing environmental compliance audits pursuant to an agreement with the USEPA
- Conducted RCRA awareness and SPCC training
- Prepared SPCC Plans, Tank Maintenance and inspection manuals, and RCRA Hazardous Waste Management and plans
