Project Highlights:
- Developed one-line schematic diagrams of the steam plant (including steam, feedwater, condensate and make-up water).
- Documented the condition of steam generation equipment.
- Identified system components whose failure could cause major loss of steam system services.
- Identified areas where electrical capacity might be inadequate or potential reliability problems might exist.
- Updated a 1970 short circuit and coordination study to identify current levels of short circuit current.
- Developed fuse ratings and relay setting that accurately reflect current characteristics.
