• Execute fast-track building-design services for a large facility expansion project  

• 80-ft. high building expansion was designed to be a Class 100,000 clean manufacturing space with approximately 10,400 square feet of usable floor space for processing operations
• Fast-track construction activities
• Design challenges including a 30 ft. x 30 ft. overhead door, a 25 ton radio controlled bridge crane, an HVAC mechanical room, and a detailed building layout for existing operations and future use
• Construction of 150-car parking lot with no disruption to current traffic flow
• Close coordination between design team, client, and local planning officials to delineate environmental impacts and complete permitting and approval processes
• Adherence to tight schedule milestones to ensure timely completion of project
