George Rest serves as Senior Vice President of O’Brien & Gere’s Total Water Solutions Group. With over 30 years of professional engineering experience, Mr. Rest assumes responsibility for directing comprehensive water and wastewater programs for large and small municipalities, authorities, and privately owned utilities. Mr. Rest has extensive experience in water-related projects, with particular expertise in water treatment/water quality (over 1 billion gallons/day in treatment facilities), master planning, hydraulics/pumping, water supply development, and water distribution/transmission/storage. Mr. Rest applies his knowledge to a wide variety of programs involving state-of-the-art technology, regional planning, decision modeling, design and construction, and optimization.

As Vice President of our Total Water Solutions group, Peter Gibbons is responsible for our municipal and state client sectors. Mr. Gibbons has over 36 years of professional experience in the areas of municipal, civil, and sanitary engineering programs. He is responsible for the firm’s marketing, business development, and customer service to municipal and state clients throughout the country. Mr. Gibbon’s areas of expertise include water transmission, distribution, and treatment; wastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment; and storm water management and design. With his thorough understanding of issues inherent to municipal and state projects, he has helped numerous clients met their goals by incorporating cost-effective technologies and innovations. |

Robin Chasman currently directs municipal business development for O'Brien & Gere's Southeast region, which includes state / local governments, the higher education / institutional sectors and the transportation industry. Mr. Chasman has forty years of engineering experience including twenty-five years as owner of a regional civil and environmental engineering and consulting firm. His experience has focused primarily on planning, design, and permitting of infrastructure improvements for local, state, and federal government.
