Project Highlights:
- Developed a Storm Water Pollution Plan which identified a breached storm water retention basin
- Evaluated regulatory requirements and secured appropriate permits for the replacement of the basin, including Army Corp of Engineers Nationwide Part 3 Permit and State Dam Permit requirements
- Designed and constructed a cast-in-place concrete weir structure with adjustable stop logs, gentle side slopes, and riprap-lined open channel to minimize soil erosion from a 100-year storm event
- Designed auxiliary infrastructure including a new access road and storage building
