  • Reviewed overall facility site plan for current and future building arrangements
  • Reduced on-site air emissions
  • Determined life/safety code requirements per specific building design and use
  • Conducted physical site surveys of buildings to verify electronic data gathered,electrical system evaluation, and load determinations
  • Designed specification of 600V equipment including automatic transfer switches, panelboards, MCC units, low emission generators, UPS units, and emergency lighting products
  • Performed submittal reviews and complied cost estimate for complete project, and time-line for construction
  • Completed design of building integration with site stream and chilled water system
  • Completed electrical site plan design, including location and placement of motor starters, VFD's conduits and heat trance sub-panels
  • Developed equipment and material specifications
  • Performed testing on two boilers measuring particulate matter emissions
  • Performed testing in accordance with 40CFR60 Subpart Dc and the Pennsylvania DEP source test manual
