- Demolition of existing water tank, standpipe, roadway, and fencing
- Removal of fuel oil tanks and related equipment
- Relocation of electrical utilities, well and potable water lines, and fire protection system
- Installation of communication connections and data circuits

- Installation of temporary fire main cross connections
- Soil management and disposal
