• Design and layout of a 4,500 –space parking area surrounding the mall
• Analyze existing water utilities (sewer, water, drainage, natural gas, and electricity) and their ability to provide service to the Center
• After the Center opening, tasks included site work associated with the addition of a large department store and three additional parking areas outside the ring road  

• Final design of utilities (sewer, water, drainage) for servicing the Center
• Identification of measures to mitigate encroachment upon designated wetlands and floodplain
• Coordination with regulatory, state, and local agencies regarding facilities improvements, environmental issues, and permitting requirements
• Assistance with planning and design of potential entrances and exits from adjacent U.S. Interstate 81 and local highways
• Schematic evaluation and preliminary design services for related lighting systems, highway improvements, and bridge replacement over the NYS Barge Canal
• Preparations of portions of the draft and final Environmental Impact Statements
• Coordination with utilities, architects, structural engineers, and HVAC specialists
• Construction-related services, including inspection of utility and pavement construction under a fast-track schedule
• The I-81 Southbound Frontage Road included the construction of approximately 5,000 ft. of Interstate Highway Frontage Road adjacent to existing I-81 in the City of Syracuse
