Pathways to Employment (PTE)
As a member of O’Brien & Gere’s PTE Co-op Program, Co-ops have first-hand exposure to real roles and responsibilities while working with dedicated professionals on challenging projects.
Co-ops will be given the opportunity to apply course study to real world projects and receive guidance and mentorship from top professionals within the industry. O’Brien & Gere’s PTE program has been designed to simulate full time employment with O’Brien & Gere, a leading firm in the engineering and project delivery marketplace.
The PTE program also includes:
- Lunch 'n' Learns
- Networking opportunities
- Social events
O’Brien & Gere offers a limited number of paid undergraduate and graduate PTE Co-op positions. The ideal candidate will have completed course work in one of the following engineering disciplines: civil, environmental, chemical, mechanical, or electrical engineering; chemistry or environmental science and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
