PROJECT OBJECTIVES
- Provide supply to meet increasing water needs of a growing Town
- Improve finished water quality, Including lowering the level of disinfection by-products (a critical regulatory issue)
- Enhance treatment of taste- and odor-causing compounds
- Improve performance of waste handling facilities
|
- Replace equipment and systems which have exceeded their useful life (over 30 years old)
- Enhance operational efficiency and reliability
- Provide flexibility to adapt to future regulatory requirements
- Improve security of the Town’s primary water treatment and pumping facilities
