Tasks:
- Self perform construction services for a design by another engineering firm
- Build Controls system
- perform ongoing weekly inspection and maintenance as needed
Project Highlights:
- Constructed and installed a waste oil storage tank and pumping station
- Installed pumping systems and electrical controls
- Designed system will unload tank trucks that contain waste oil with a concentration of more the 50ppb of PCB's
- Tank levels were monitored and recorded through the use of an ultrasonic level indicator, with a back-up high level float
- In this facility upgrade an air dryer was also installed for the plant air, which reduced the number of maintenance issues
- Ongoing hydro and leak testing is conducted on completed systems or sections, after testing there is a clean water start-up of the entire system
