Areas of Expertise: Jeffrey Rogers serves as Vice President of O’Brien & Gere’s Capital & Facilities Solutions Group, and is responsible for the direct management of a significant number of major engineering programs. Over the course of his 18-year career as a professional engineer, Mr. Rogers has managed projects for both the industrial and municipal sectors, and has acquired extensive experience in performing conceptual studies, preliminary and final designs, and preparation of contract documents. His expertise in project management extends to the supervision of project staff and subcontract professionals, technical review, and control of project budgets and schedules. Mr. Rogers has effectively managed a considerable range of large, complex engineering projects, including the formation of a $100 million lake source cooling system, a $30 million wastewater pretreatment facility, and a $10 million centralized water supply transmission system.

Areas of Expertise: Ronald Hart ing has more than 31 years of professional experience in the areas of electrical and instrumentation design in support of water and wastewater, and environmental compliance and remediation projects. He is experienced in all facilities engineering disciplines, and also has an in-depth background in water and wastewater engineering. He performs shop drawing review, prepares Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals, and has been responsible for field inspection. As a Technical Director with O’Brien & Gere, Mr. Harting is responsible for the delivery of technical solutions, particularly for major complex and/or diverse projects. He is also responsible for demonstrating leadership on technical innovations and intellectual property development.
