  • Completed numerous process blower and HEPA filter replacements and process filter and equipment relocations
  • Conducted pump replacements and relocations
  • Installed glove box for clean product feeds into process vessels
  • Performed utility relocations for nitrogen, water, DI water, plant air, and breathing air
  • Conducted structural and architectural modifications/construction for decontamination clean room and segregation area
  • Completed numerous process blower, filter and vent replacements
  • Installed Level 3 containment system for sampling process products and vessels
  • Updated process control system for automated operations and monitoring
  • Installed controls on DI water system to prevent backflow from antibiotic sources
  • Installed controls on nitrogen system to prevent backflow from potentially high-pressure antibiotic sources
  • Sealed wall penetrations to prevent migration of antibiotic compounds to adjacent areas
  • Installed door alarms and beacon lights as necessary to limit personnel access and prevent the migration of antibiotic compounds to adjacent areas
