KOS Pharmaceutical, NJ Looking for a new design-build friend, KOS Pharmaceutical selected O’Brien & Gere to renovate 20,000 ft² of shell space into office, lab, and manufacturing space. O'Brien & Gere was asked to provide turnkey services for a new packaging line, warehouse, solid dose manufacturing facility, and an aerosol filling line. Services included complete engineering design services (architectural, mechanical, process, electrical, HVAC), and full construction management services including estimating, procurement, project management, start-up, and validation.
