Mr. Gallagher has more than 18 years of experience. He has worked with industrial/manufacturing clients to improve facilities and manufacturing processes. This includes auditing operational methods and accepted site standards. He has been primarily involved in control system design, PLC programming, and HMI development for large systems; and facilities/site planning.

Mr. Gallagher manages the power distribution and electrical/I&C components of projects. In addition, he plans, coordinates, and directs on-site personnel in assisting clients during plant start-up. He assists in developing realistic start-up schedules congruent with construction activities, coordinates construction protection tagging system and advises of protection requirements to ensure safety of work forces. In addition, he provides training programs and materials for plant equipment operators, and interfaces with client and vendors to ensure cooperative efforts.

Mr. Marinucci is an O’Brien & Gere Systems Integration Associate with more than ten years of professional experience. He is experienced in the use of a wide range of instrumentation including Rosemount, Endress & Hauser, Micromotion, Foxboro, Druck, Great Lakes, Hach, ABB, Redlion, Omron, MAC, Pnuematics, GE Multilin, Siemens, GE Quickpanle and others. He has been responsible for specifying, installing, and setting up these instruments and monitors.
