Douglas Warneck is an expert in HVAC, piping systems, fire protection, process and environmental design associated with new construction, plant renovations, and facility expansions. He has prepared, coordinated, and supervised designs and studies for more than 30 major industrial, institutional, and municipal facility-engineering programs.

As a Vice President – Business Unit Officer, he is responsible for the management of major engineering programs (including design-build) involving a project’s profits/losses, schedule, change management, and client satisfaction. Mr. Warneck focuses on promoting consistent project management practices and adapting execution strategies to make maximum use of corporate best practices, relevant software, and project management programs and improvements.

With more than 33 years of experience as a professional engineer, Mr. Campolieta demonstrates expertise in the management, supervision, design, and coordination of new construction, plant renovation, and facility expansion projects. He assumes responsibility for maintaining technical accuracy of design, studies, and reports, and for their quality production. Mr. Campolieta has extensive experience in projects involving heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems; electrical systems; piping systems; instrumentation and control; and computerized control systems. Throughout his career, he has applied his management and design expertise to numerous projects for a wide range of clients, including Eastman Kodak, Alcan, Chrysler, TRW, Norwich-Eaton Pharmaceutical, and HADCO.

Scott McMaster has led the mechanical designs for a diverse range of projects in support of major water, wastewater, and environmental projects. His industrial client expertise has ranged from raw materials handling and process design to major chiller system programs. He also has technical expertise in HVAC and odor control system designs.

As a Technical Associate with O’Brien & Gere, Mr. McMaster applies his technical skills to provide innovative solutions to difficult challenges by applying designs, evaluations, and reports that are practical, feasible, and responsive to clients. He performs technical leadership by directing several large scale, complex projects and contributes to several projects at one time to execute design computations, develop design criteria, design sketches, and preliminary plans and reports. He also works with the firm’s Quality Committee to maintain quality control for completed engineering projects.

With over 18 years of professional engineering experience concentrated in the water/wastewater field, Mr. Barry’s experience includes a wide variety of projects, ranging from design and construction for industrial ground water and/or wastewater treatment plants to start-up and commissioning for hazardous waste remediation efforts. Throughout his career at O’Brien & Gere, Mr. Barry has specialized in the design, construction, and implementation of hazardous waste remediation projects; design-build for ground water/wastewater; design-build for industrial facilities; and program project management. He participates in the management, design, construction, and commissioning of some of the firm’s largest and most challenging water projects, and has extensive experience serving a diverse mix of automotive, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing clients.
