Mr. Patullo’s 25 years of design and construction experience has lead to specialized expertise in the areas of operations management, construction management, design-build, project management, planning and scheduling, procurement, and claims analysis. Mr. Patullo takes a hands-on approach to managing pre-construction, procurement, construction, start-up, and commissioning of his projects, affording him the ability to translate concepts into quality documents, real costs and schedules, and safe construction of sound facilities.
