Ricky Sinha brings 10 years of experience as an environmental scientist in industrial, non profit, and academic settings. As a former study director at the National Research Council’s Board of Atmospheric Sciences and Climate, Dr. Sinha has led studies relating the science of climate change to federal policies for carbon mitigation and management. He is currently a member of the Pennsylvania Climate Change Roadmap Working Group and the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources Carbon Management Advisory Group. Dr. Sinha has authored numerous technical papers in the areas of climate change policy, air pollution, environmental statistics, and risk assessment. He is vice chair of the Delaware Valley Chapter of the Air and Waste Management Association.

Projects involve establishing goals and objectives, developing GHG inventories, conducting energy assessments, and developing Climate Action Plans. Project goals are associated with reducing energy consumption, identifying alternative energy considerations, and working towards and/or achieving climate neutrality in accordance with strategic plans and climate commitments.

Mr. Wenclawiak has more than 15 years of professional experience providing client-focused solutions and technical consulting services. His project experience includes greenhouse gas accounting, multi-media environmental compliance auditing and permitting, regulatory evaluations, environmental site assessments and due diligence programs, and ambient air and meteorological monitoring projects throughout the United States. He has also developed greenhouse gas inventories and climate action plans for academic clients. As a Managing Scientist with O’Brien & Gere, Mr. Wenclawiak serves as the Environmental Compliance leader for the Southeast Division.

He has assisted in the configuration of greenhouse gas accounting software for industrial clients. Prior to O’Brien & Gere, he conducted research and development of clean diesel technology solutions with Johnson Matthey Catalysts.
