Clean and “green” wind energy is the direction of the future, and Mr. Palin is leading the effort for O’Brien&Gere, adding value by applying his extensive knowledge and experience. The team is bringing wind energy into reach for farmers, residents, municipalities, and commercial businesses. They are also servicing developers and owners of large-scale wind farms. As Manager of O’Brien & Gere’s 100,000 ft2 Technology Development Center, Mr. Palin is helping the team to meet the goal — improve operational performance while reducing production costs.

Mr. Panek has over 20 years of site engineering experience serving private sector retail, commercial, and residential development; industrial greenfield, expansion, and infrastructure projects; and municipal treatment, infrastructure, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) programs. As a Vice President within the Total Water Solutions' Northeast region, Mr. Panek leads the firm's site engineering services group, providing comprehensive project management, technical guidance, and resource management. Mr. Panek is recognized for his expertise and experience with conceptual planning, environmental assessment/permitting, detailed design, construction oversight, and field engineering.

Mr. Eckler has more than 17 years of professional experience serving private and public sector clients. Mr. Eckler is responsible for coordinating environmental and right to build permitting support. He is a recognized expert in environmental impact assessments, state and federal regulatory compliance, and local zoning approval processes. Mr. Eckler provides leadership through his ability to balance environmental considerations with public and private goals of advancing economic development and infrastructure improvement initiatives. He is experienced in regulatory agency negotiation, and has a working knowledge of federal and state funding programs.
