Areas of Expertise: Mr. Eckler has more than 17 years of professional experience serving private and public sector clients. Mr. Eckler is responsible for coordinating environmental and right to build permitting support. He is a recognized expert in environmental impact assessments, state and federal regulatory compliance, and local zoning approval processes. Mr. Eckler provides leadership through his ability to balance environmental considerations with public and private goals of advancing economic development and infrastructure improvement initiatives. He is experienced in regulatory agency negotiation, and has a working knowledge of federal and state funding programs.
