Mr. Davis has 30 years of professional experience serving higher education, industrial and federal clients. His areas of expertise include all aspects of air quality management, including, air dispersion modeling, health risk assessment, air pollution control, right-to-build and community outreach. Typical projects include academic research laboratories, central heating plants, utility generating facilities, incinerators, and industrial processes. In addition to serving as President and Chief Operating Officer for O’Brien & Gere and a member of the firm’s Board of Directors, Mr. Davis is an Associate Research Professor at the College of Engineering at Syracuse University. Mr. Davis is Chairman of the Syracuse Center of Excellence in Environmental and Energy Systems, a federation of leading companies and academic institutions that collaborates on research, technology transfer, and commercialization of environmental and energy technologies and innovations.

Mr. Distler has over 27 years of environmental engineering experience with an emphasis in air quality regulations, environmental assessments, air quality measurements, and acoustical engineering. He assists clients in the industrial, manufacturing and energy sectors to comply with federal and state regulations, and Title V and facility permits. He has developed three specialized source testing methods (patented) for clients with unique process emissions and unusual permit conditions. As manager of the Air Quality Division, Mr. Distler leads the firm's significant investment and growth of resources in all of our regions. Mark also leads O'Brien & Gere's acoustical engineering services ranging from industrial process noise control to modeling and mitigation design of large re-powering projects.

As Northeast Regional Manager, Mr. Norman is responsible for providing comprehensive project management and follow-up after project completion. He has lent his knowledge and skill to numerous sector projects, and has demonstrated expertise in RACT/BACT/MACT studies, industrial ventilation, and waste minimization. Mr. Norman currently heads our duct injection/SO2 control program, and has considerable experience with delivering this innovative technology to clients for the abatement of SO2 and acid gases in discharge ducts.

Matt Traister has more than 20 years of environmental consulting experience, and has spearheaded many challenging air quality and environmental compliance projects. His experience includes studies, design and specifications for air pollution control devices. His air emissions inventories and air permitting experience includes state and Title V air permitting, NSR and PSD reviews, and air toxics evaluations. Mr. Traister also has extensive experience in air dispersion modeling, meteorology and atmospheric chemistry.
Mr. Traister is a recognized expert in the fields of air permitting, emission inventory development, and air and odor pollution control design and is the author of more than 20 technical papers and publications. He routinely provides project management functions for complex regulatory programs involving New Source Review, Title V permitting, and regulatory consent orders.

Mr. Mannuzza has co-authored technical papers on the retrofitting and upgrading of existing abatement equipment for VOC emissions control.
