With 34 years of experience, and two billion dollars of land development experience, Mr. Grevelding coordinates the firm’s Brownfields redevelopment initiative and other major development projects. He has been involved in the planning, design, and management of diverse, major projects for the firm ¾ from a $250M regional shopping complex to cell tower sitings.

Mr. Grevelding has supervised a number of land development projects involving: planning, permitting, siting and design, feasibility studies, traffic studies, bidding documents, zone change proceedings, environmental analysis, right-to-build issues, local approvals, viewshed analysis, and regulatory approvals.

Mr. Chasman has forty years of engineering experience including twenty-five years as owner of a regional civil and environmental engineering and consulting firm. His experience has focused primarily on planning, design, and permitting of infrastructure improvements for local, state, and federal government.
