- Negotiated favorable purchase price with the developer
- Designed site grading and utility locations, and site planning for retail shopping mall
Project Highlights:
- Partnering to redevelop brownfield property for sale
- Demonstrated expertise in waste remediation, site planning, and creative project management for redevelopment of site
- Obtained favorable land-use restrictions on end use
- Received a total of approximately $550,000 from the sale of property that, prior to this partnering project, had been held for ten years with no promise of future sale due to environmental risk
