- Invested nearly $750,000 to develop manufacturing space and to improve 10,000 ft²
- Constructed ground water collection sump and overburden recovery well
- Performed aquifer performance tests
- Prepared an operation and maintenance manual for ground water treatment system
- Utilized a mechanical volatilization system to treat 3,000 to 5,000 yd³ as Class A office space, manufacturing, and training facility of TCE-containing subsurface soils
