Mr. Norris has over 20 years of environmental engineering experience with an emphasis in air pollution control systems design, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and operations. He assists clients in the chemical, pharmaceutical, industrial, and manufacturing sectors to evaluate, specify, and implement air pollution control technologies for compliance with federal and state regulations with emphasis on cost-effective operations. Mr. Norris also has extensive experience in treatment mixed hazardous waste and soils remediation applications including the development of several patented technologies. As Senior Managing Engineer, Mr. Norris leads the firm’s technical staff on air pollution control applications and technologies as manager of the firm’s APC Technologies™ Group. He also leads the firm’s APC Initiative.

Mr. Mannuzza is a licensed professional engineer holding B.S. and M.S. degrees in engineering, and has over 15 years direct work experience in the design, fabrication, installation and commissioning of air pollution control systems. In addition to his experience managing engineering and design groups, Mr. Mannuzza has extensive experience in the technical sales and marketing aspect of the industry. As a project manager in O’Brien & Gere’s APC Technologies™ Group, he assists in business development and client relations by delivering technically sound, economically feasible solutions to air pollution abatement problems, while working closely with other O’Brien & Gere divisions to provide a 360° solution. Mr. Mannuzza has co-authored technical papers on the retrofitting and upgrading of existing abatement equipment for VOC emissions control.

Mr. Commesso has more than 12 years of professional experience, which includes expertise in project management, air permitting, stationary source testing, regulatory compliance evaluations, and air pollution control design.
As a Project Manager for O’Brien & Gere, Mr. Commesso is responsible for completing contract documents, reviewing schedule and cost of ongoing projects, technical overview of projects, checking completed work under his supervision, and conducting research and investigation for compiling written reports. In addition, he maintains contact with clients during study, design, and construction, and is responsible for follow up after project completion.

Jamie works with clients in the chemical, pharmaceutical, industrial, and manufacturing sectors to evaluate, specify, and implement cost-effective air pollution control technologies for compliance with federal and state regulations. Jamie also has extensive experience in the development, design, and commercialization of prototype systems.

Mr. Traister has more than 19 years of environmental consulting experience, and has spearheaded many challenging air quality and environmental compliance projects. His experience includes studies, design, and specifications for air pollution control devices. Mr. Traister is a recognized expert in the fields of air permitting, emission inventory development, and air and odor pollution control design and is the author of more than 20 technical papers and publications. He routinely provides project management functions for complex regulatory programs involving New Source Review, Title V permitting, and regulatory consent orders.
