Mr. Cormier has 20 years of experience with decommissioning and demolition (D&D) programs at over 60M ft² of industrial facilities throughout the U.S. He has managed a wide range of D&D programs covering major issues, such as: utility cut/cap or reroute, structural design, environmental cleanup and closures, public relations, caretaking, and redevelopment. He has authored and presented several papers on facility D&D topics.

Mr. Nowlan has 21 years of experience focused on and direction and execution of remedial investigation, design, and construction programs for hazardous waste sites including CERCLA. His expertise includes successful ROD and other negotiations and timely approvals with USEPA and NJDEP. Mr. Nowlan has conducted and directed large and complex environmental projects from investigation through design, construction and O&M under PA Act 2, NJ ISRA, RCRA, Superfund, TSCA and other state regulatory programs. He has provided overall program management and technical oversight for remedial programs, including Pennsylvania’s largest Superfund Site. These programs, conducted for Fortune 500 industries, institutions and major law firms, have involved project management responsibility, project execution, scheduling, budgeting, technical oversight, and claims analysis/management for programs ranging up to $30M in investigation and remediation costs. Mr. Nowlan most recently served as a vice President in the Environmental Business Unit with operational responsibilities for the Metro Region Environmental Practice, the Michigan District office, and the Ecological/Risk Assessment group.
