The GSA Environmental Advisory Services Schedule affords government agencies the ability to meet their environmental needs such as Environmental Planning and Documentation, Environmental Compliance, and Waste Management Services. This schedule provides government agencies with quick and easy access to contractors that can assist their environmental needs. The GSA program allows federal agencies to access contractors under the following regulations:
Clean Air Act
Pollution Prevention Act
Safe Drinking Water Act
Comprehensive Environmental Restoration Compliance Liability Act (Superfund)
National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA)
National Historic Preservation Act
Endangered Species Act
Special Executive Orders — wetlands, pollution prevention, floodplains, etc.
O’Brien & Gere can support agencies in meeting the aforementioned requirements by providing studies, analysis and documentation, planning programs, and consulting services that we have provided to our federal clients for more than 25 years. Our staff is available to complement and support your personnel and can provide equipment, labor, supplies, and supervision to perform these services.
The following are examples of tasks that may be performed under each Special Item Number (SIN). These are examples only and are not meant to exclude or limit any authentic environmental advisory service under this Federal Supply Schedule. Examples include, but are not limited to, the following:
