Duct Injection, SO2, SO3, HCL, Hg Control
In response to new regulations, as well as increasing costs for federal and state SO2 emission allowances, O’Brien & Gere has developed an economical method for helping power plants and industrial/commercial boilers with their emission control strategies. This innovative technology involves injecting selected sorbents into flue gas ducts for the abatement of SO2, SO3, mercury, and acid gases.

VEVPAR
The Volatilization Enhanced Vapor Phase Adsorption and Recovery (VEVPAR) system effectively removes 70%-100% of solvents from groundwater. Unlike traditional treatment systems that utilize carbon and/or air stripping, VEVPAR uses vapor phase adsorption to eliminate solvents – a method far more efficient than aqueous phase adsorption. VEVPAR provides a convenient, economical alternative to traditional methods of solvent removal.
