Development & Commercialization of New Technology

O’Brien & Gere has internally developed new technology such as the Selector Contact Stabilization technology for wastewater treatment and has commercialized technology with partners such as ARROW (Advanced Reject Recovery of Water).

One role of the Technology Group is to evaluate nascent technologies to determine if there is an appropriate application for the O’Brien & Gere client base. O’Brien & Gere has a well developed Intellectual Property Procedure to facilitate this process. We also have a System Design and Technology Development Group with the capacity to fabricate pilot scale and full scale process and treatment systems.
