Areas of Expertise: Dr. Greene has more than 23 years of professional experience, and currently provides leadership and technical guidance for wastewater and ground water treatment applications. His areas of technical expertise include biological water treatment, including aerobic, anaerobic and anoxic operating regimes; solid/liquid separation technologies, including membrane filtration, centrifugation, preparative chromatography, vacuum filtration and sedimentation; and modeling. Dr. Greene is experienced in the areas of municipal and industrial wastewater treatment as well as environmental process research and development. He has performed original research, project management, technical guidance, feasibility evaluations, treatability studies, field demonstrations, full-scale start-ups, computer modeling and process troubleshooting.

Areas of Expertise: Mr. MacArthur has more than 37 years of professional engineering experience, and currently serves as a Senior Technical Director with O’Brien & Gere. He has served as lead design manager or technical consultant on numerous comprehensive municipal and industrial wastewater programs. Through his involvement in such programs over the last two decades, Mr. MacArthur has become a nationally recognized expert in the evaluation of existing systems, impact analysis of combined sewer overflow (CSO) on water quality, infiltration/ inflow analyses, field data gathering methodologies and procedures, evaluation of alternatives, implementation of selected remedies, and evaluation of effectiveness of implemented alternatives. He has also managed projects involving hazardous waste site remediation.
