Project Highlights:
- Licensed operator coverage for Industrial Wastewater Pretreatment Plant (IPP)
- Day-to-day operations including but not limited to: minor adjustments and coordination of on-site maintenance for repairs, inspections, monitoring, sampling, testing and recording of treatment processes.
- Optimization of chemical, utility and labor to minimize operational costs and maximize operational effectiveness.
- Coordinate with and assist Environmental Health and Safety and outside lab service for testing.
- Support and coordinate with maintenance projects impacting the WWTP and/or water sources.
- Internal operation audits for permit compliance, safety and technical training.
- Utilization of metrics to track performance standards.
- Development of, and ongoing maintenance (updates) to, operational manuals, emergency procedure manuals, and Hazard Communications.
- Support from home office for technical, safety and managerial support.
- Responsibilities for material and supplies ordering.
- Operation of Industrial Pre-treatment Plant through design of a replacement facility
