Project Highlights:
- Provide licensed operator coverage in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Review, develop and/or update written procedures for administration, safety, testing, operation, maintenance and housekeeping.
- Develop and utilize performance metrics to ensure proper operation, testing, record keeping, and trending.
- Perform process sampling and analytical testing of treatment systems and extraction wells for monitoring system performance through the utilization of the on-site laboratory.
- Coordinate with and assist contract lab services with the collection of all process water samples and air samples as required by the operating permits and maintenance records.
- Review/develop standard operating procedures (SOP’s) for process control, in house laboratory testing, equipment inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Maintain daily operations logs.
- Document weekly inspections of facilities.
- Provide all necessary reports as required by state and federal laws and regulation.
Maintenance Requirements
- Equipment to be maintained consists of flow meters, ground water processing and pumping equipment, alarm systems related to ground water facilities, and appurtenances.
- Maintain a current inventory of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and chemicals in sufficient quantities to insure the uninterrupted operation of the facilities.
- Perform and/or arrange for the performance of preventative maintenance and calibration of flow meters as recommended by the suppliers.
Administrative Services
- Provide professional and technical assistance and support to enable efficient and economical operation and maintenance of the ground water treatment facility.
- Provide on-going training to enable its staff to efficiently and economically operate and maintain the ground water treatment facility.
- Participation with client technical and non-technical teams as required.
- Participation with necessary and required training.
- Preparation of compliance monitoring reports.
