Project Highlights:  
  • Daily collection of operational data using a plant logbook, walkthrough data sheet, weekly inspection sheet, SCADA system data files, and SCADA trending. 
  • Sampling, monitoring & testing consisting of biweekly effluent regulatory samples for the submittal of the discharge monitoring reports (DMR’s) and treatment process samples (influent, pre and post air stripper) to optimize operational effectiveness 
  • Process optimization including the review of collected operation data, trends, and laboratory analytical results. This information is used to make modifications to treatment plant equipment operation, operational set points, and chemical dosages to improve treatment efficiency and minimize operating costs. 
  • Solids handling including the removal and de-watering of sludge generated in the equalization tanks and the automatic back washing filters 
  • Regulatory reporting including the development and submission of the groundwater treatment system monthly discharge monitoring report (DMR). 
  • Preventative maintenance including scheduled tasks designed to maintain equipment at or near optimum operating conditions.
