Mr. Rest serves as Senior Vice President of O’Brien & Gere’s Total Water Solutions Group. With over 30 years of professional engineering experience, Mr. Rest assumes responsibility for directing comprehensive water and wastewater programs for large and small municipalities, authorities, and privately owned utilities. Mr. Rest has extensive experience in water-related projects, with particular expertise in water treatment/water quality (over 1 billion gallons/day in treatment facilities), master planning, hydraulics/pumping, water supply development, and water distribution/transmission/storage. Mr. Rest applies his knowledge to a wide variety of programs involving state-of-the-art technology, regional planning, decision modeling, design and construction, and optimization.

As a Managing Engineer, he leads the firm's Northeast, Metro and Mid-Atlantic industrial water/wastewater process development teams, and is responsible for establishing the firm's continuing leadership in recycle/reuse, including process engineering, wastewater management, industrial water treatment, and treatability testing. Mr. Grieco also has numerous publications and patents in the areas of water conservation and innovative technologies applications.

Mr. Wilkinson has more than 24 years of professional engineering experience. As a Senior Managing Engineer, he leads the firm's Southeast industrial water/wastewater process development teams. Mr. Wilkinson is responsible for establishing the firm's continuing leadership in recycle/reuse, including waste recycling, reclamation, and minimization; and process evaluation, optimization, and operation. He has supervised plant-wide water conservation studies, which have identified opportunities for water reuse minimization and reuse.

Mr. Hanka has over 20 years of professional experience working on a wide variety of industrial and municipal projects. As a Project Manager within the Midwest and West regions, Mr. Hanka is responsible for leading recycle/reuse and water/wastewater treatment programs. His technology expertise includes membrane filtration, and a variety of physical/chemical and biological processes. In addition to his engineering expertise, Mr. Hanka is also a licensed wastewater treatment plant operator. This provides clients with a unique blend of expertise in engineering project delivery, water/wastewater chemistry, and treatment plant start-up and operations.
