Mr. Panek has over 20 years of site engineering experience serving private sector retail, commercial, and residential development; industrial greenfield, expansion, and infrastructure projects; and municipal treatment, infrastructure, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) programs. As a Vice President within the Total Water Solutions' Northeast region, Mr. Panek leads the firm's site engineering services group, providing comprehensive project management, technical guidance, and resource management. Mr. Panek is recognized for his expertise and experience with conceptual planning, environmental assessment/permitting, detailed design, construction oversight, and field engineering.

Mr. Chasman currently directs municipal business development for O'Brien & Gere's Southeast region, which includes state / local governments, the higher education / institutional sectors, and the transportation industry. Mr. Chasman has 40 years of engineering experience, including 25 years as owner of a regional civil and environmental engineering and consulting firm. Mr. Chasman's experience has focused primarily on planning, design, and permitting of infrastructure improvements for local, state, and federal government. In particular, Mr. Chasman has extensive experience in transportation, water and wastewater, storm water, and capital improvements planning.

Mr. Gibbons has more than 38 years of professional experience in the areas of municipal, civil, and sanitary engineering programs. He currently serves as a Vice President and the Municipal Business Development Officer with O’Brien & Gere. Mr. Gibbons is responsible for the firm’s marketing, business development, and customer service to municipal clients throughout the country, and his areas of expertise include water transmission, distribution, and treatment; wastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment; and storm water management and design. With a thorough understanding of issues inherent to municipal and state projects, Mr. Gibbons has helped numerous clients meet their goals by incorporating cost-effective technologies and innovations.

Areas of Expertise:

Mr. Kraus leads O'Brien & Gere's Midwest region Total Water Solutions team. He has over 20 years of experience with wastewater programs. Prior to O’Brien & Gere, Mr. Kraus worked at a major municipality overseeing their combined sewer overflow and sanitary sewer overflow programs. Mr. Kraus's technical expertise includes wet weather program management, hydraulics, flow monitoring, and design. He is responsible for developing new business in these areas, as well as for managing the work in the Louisville and Lexington, Kentucky offices. Mr. Kraus is an active member of the Water Environment Federation Collection System Committee.
