As part of a continual program to upgrade its wastewater system, this Central New York municipality retained O’Brien & Gere to perform design and construction inspection services including rehabilitation of trunk sewers, and improvements to and replacement of pump stations and force mains. O’Brien & Gere also provided permitting and funding assistance as part of the project, completing the State Environmental Review Process (SERP), for a State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Type II Action (“maintenance and repair”) and assisting the client with completing the State Revolving Fund required forms and procedures.
