O'Brien & Gere was selected by the Land Resource Companies to provide civil engineering services for Phase II of the Roaring River residential development in Fayette County, West Virginia. The property, which is located on the western rim of the New River Gorge, approximately 1,000 ft above the river in the mountains of West Virginia in Fayette County, is bordered on the South and East by the New River Gorge and by private property on the West. The scope of services provided by O'Brien & Gere included preparation of design and permitting documents to facilitate the construction of streets, utilities (water, sewer, electric, cable television, and telephone), storm drainage, and erosion control in accordance with the 1,885 Lot Master Plan for Phase II of the Roaring River residential development.
