About Dave Farber: Dave Farber, PE, a geotechnical expert at OBG, has more than 27 years of professional experience, including geotechnical and foundation engineering, geosynthetics, and geoenvironmental design. As a Managing Engineering with OBG, he has held lead geotechnical responsibility for subsurface and hazardous waste site investigations and has designed numerous deep and shallow foundations systems and landfill cap and closure systems.
